She is making covers for some of our small appliances.
Like this toaster oven.
One for our Ninja air fryer.
And last, but not least, our ice making machine.
The covers are to protect them from the dust and sand this summer.
The park has having a happy hour on the patio for whoever is left in
the park.
We are surprised to see how many people are left.
After the happy hour is over, we all went back to Lille and Marie's
place for one more drink.
Gail and Dennis are leaving tomorrow morning to head back to
Canada. They will be leaving early in the morning, so the goodbyes are
tonight.
Safe travels my friends. We will see you in November 2024.

We bought the paint for our porch today.
It is a hot day again today.
Three hours later and it has not cooled all that much.
Notice the humidity level, no it is not broken.
Michele is still in her sewing mode. She is making small sleeping bags
for Natasha's doll.
Most of our day is spent indoors with the AC on.

Michele is still sewing today.
This is another indoor day for us.
It is hot and we have no wind to make it bearable. We are not
complaining.
After supper, we went for a nice dip in the pool.
Friday, April 12, 2024.
What a change, the wind picked up, but the hot weather is still here.
We decided to get out of the trailer for a while. We are having lunch
at the Sam's club. It is just identical to Costco, but it belongs to
Walmart.
Even the layout is the same as Costco.
And so is the restaurant For less that $5 we have a full belly.
We are back in the trailer for the rest of the day.
Saturday, April 13, 2024.
The long range forecast calls for temperatures to be in the low 30s
almost every day.
Sunday and Monday are the "coolest days" at 27°C.
We will paint the porch on those two days.
We move the porch today.
It is heavy and we would probably need 4 people just to move it. But,
with the use of a couple of 2X4 placed under the legs, and pieces of
tubing under the 2X4, all we need to do is push the porch and it moves.
Natasha has a trampoline now. Why not have a snack with mom on the
trampoline.
I think she loves it.
She is a big helper with the flower bed.

It is 7 am and we are already painting the porch.
We are done an hour later.
Since it is not too hot yet. I decided to install the vent turbine on
the roof of the shed.
It's not complicated at all. There are only three parts to it.
First step, cut a hole in the roof.
With the wind turbine assembled, I installed it on the roof. It works
fine.
Natasha and a few friends are visiting the "Butterfly World" in Coombs.
