"Operation Banana cake" or bread for the English speaking people.
Get all the ingredient, mixing the ingredients, squashing the banana and mixing some more...

Just before going to the oven. Gabriel is the only child who does not like cake dough!!!

This is hard work, time to get a nap during the cooking time!

We are invited to Michelle's parent for supper. Angela and Robert have a small pool and the kids just love it. They even have a bouncing castle! Gabriel, Dylan and Dash had a great time.

We really enjoyed our time at Angela and Robert's place. We also meet another couple, their two daughters and grandson.
The meal was very good.

Gabriel found a Ladybug. To make the Ladybug at home in the observation jar, he had to put grass into the jar.

Gabriel just loves the ladybugs.

Michelle and Dylan are staying for supper tonight. Here she is with the two boys!

Jeremy bought two blocks of "rocks" with bones in them, dino bones!
One is for Gabriel and the other one is for Dylan.
Gabriel is getting to work on the rock...

You have to use some water on the rocks to help you find the bones.

There are bones in there!

Gabriel has a skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus.

Dylan too has to dig to get his skeleton. He is hard at work.

Before lunch, me and Gabriel went for a walk, a 2.25 km walk and Gabriel has walked the whole thing!

In less than a minute, Gabriel is sleeping like a log.

Joshua, Gabriel's friend, asked him to come and play at the park close by Jeremy's house.
I am with Gabriel, Nicole, Joshua's mom, Joshua's sister ans little brother, Madelaine and Logan.
The kids had a lot of fun!

Gabriel and Grandmaman are having a "movie night" in the MH.

It is always fun to be with your loved one!

Lots of work going on this morning!
Me and Gabriel are rebuilding the train tracks.

Now is time to play!

After Gabriel's nap, we go do some geocaching on base.
This is one that is very neat.

Back home, Gabriel wakes up his dad!

We are getting some stuff do for our camping trip tomorrow morning.

We are taking a break for packing and we also supervise the tree cutting crew!

After we leave hwy 1 behind us, we take hwy 301 and it is not a very good road for MH.
We swing from left to right like a pendulum!!!

We will be camping at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park. Even with a control area, you can enter very easily in the park.

To get to our site, we have to go down a little less than 100 meters in elevation to reach Buffalo Pound Lake.

Gabriel brought a frog to the campsite and let me tell you, the girls sure jumped!

Who has more fun?

Nothing beats a hamburger when camping.

Gabriel is getting a lesson on how to start a campfire.

We are camping with Michelle's parents. Angela and Robert with two very big dogs.

Even the fire ring has the Saskatchewan logo.

We are happy we came camping. This is a nice campground.

One working and one just playing!!!

Robert and Angela are on the hunt for frogs with Gabriel.

We saw a frog, but did not catch one!

Jeremy, Michele and Gabriel went to the pool for a few hours today.

Can't you tell this little boy is not happy? Neither can I!

We have a weird sky today. We have smoke from the Montana wildfires and dust from the local harvesting.

To the beach...

I rejoined Jeremy, Gabriel, Michelle, Dylan and Angela at the beach.
Gabriel and Dylan had a lot of fun at the beach.

Traveling back home...

Gabriel likes it when grand-maman makes her knees go up and down real fast.

Gabriel caught a frog with the help of the neighbor's kid.

Michelle had some "Silly-strings" cans for the kids, they loved it...

We are invited to Robert and Angela's site for the fire.

A few adults were playing with the kids.

It was a good day!

We will be leaving around noon today.
Before we leave, Michelle wants to take a photo of Dylan in a tree. She has taken one every year since he was born.
She also like to have a photo of Gabriel in the same tree.
Gabriel is not very comfortable in there!

The next two days will be short. Jeremy and I are going to Red Deer, Alberta to see what the lawyers/judge will decide on who gets custody of Gabriel.
8 Hours after we left Moose Jaw, we finally made it to Red Deer.
We will be spending the night at the Sandman Motel.

In Moose Jaw, Michele and Gabriel had to dress warm to get the mail at the post office!

Tomorrow morning Jeremy will see his lawyer...

Breakfast at Denny's.

As we expected, The custody of Gabriel goes to the mother, no matter what. That is the way of the Canadian law, unless you have a lot of money. I will stop expressing my opinion here...

Another 8 hours of driving and we are back in Moose Jaw. Did I mention that the drive is very boring?

At least we have Gabriel for a few more weeks!
Jeremy will have custody during Christmas/New Year and the two months of summer.

We are back on the road this morning!
This time we are only going 45 minutes away to Regina to visit a museum.

A busy bee!

This is what we will be visiting. The Royal Saskatchewan Museum.

I was surprised to see the entrance fee to be a donation only!
Not too bad for a province with only a million people living there!
The permanent exhibit is on the dinosaur. Gabriel loves dinosaurs.
But, he does not like this one!!!

The exhibits are very well done. The photo is not that good, but when you see it, it is hard to tell where the display end and the painting starts.

The temporary exhibit is on snakes, Gabriel loves it!
All the photos of snakes did not turn out too good!

Gabriel loves everything he sees and he does see a lot of small details.

Another permanent exhibit is on the First Nation people.

The basement of the museum has a "Paleo Pit" for the kids. Gabriel liked that very much.

Oh no! Gabriel is being eaten alive by a T-Rex!!!!!!

After spending a few hours in the museum, we have to go and eat, with a snake?

It has been a long time since I ate here.

It was good food!

Michele has not felt so good for the past few days. She is getting a sore throat...and a bad back.

Michele had decided to go to the walk-in clinic here in Moose Jaw.
They open a 10:30h. We phoned and got an appointment for 10:55h.
At the clinic, there is only one person ahead of Michele!
By 11:30h we are out and at the drugstore for the medication for Michele.
