A day of work...

Today I am giving a hand to my brother doing delivery of rental equipment.
I had a great time and discover that me and Rolland work very well together.
We make a good team.

We also did a little bike ride on the old railway tracks, now a bicycle path.

My sisters, Christianne and Estelle, got the idea to celebrate Christmas today because me and Michèle are not here very often to celebrate with them.
So, a family Christmas dinner it is.
The pictures are in no particular order.

What a great evening we had with all the family.
Thank you Christianne and Estelle.
We even had some gift for everyone!

Lets just say that was a very good Christmas supper and evening.

Our last day in Prévost...

We stopped for a last visit with my Mom, we will miss you Mom.

Rolland and Suzie will finally have their driveway back...

Here we are parked in the "marché aux puces" or flea market, parking lots for the last evening.
Michèle drove the motorhome to get out of the driveway. Not as easy as it seems, lots of traffic, a steep driveway and lots of rain. But with our combined talent. Everything went well!

On our way to St-Ignace, close to Berthierville at Michèle's brother place.
As you can see in this picture, we had to drive pretty close to the concrete wall in the construction zones.

Right after the city of Repentigny we took highway 138, or the old "King's Road".
Very beautiful drive with lots of pretty villages.

You can see the motorhome in the back of the driveway.
It does look like a parking lot with all the cars in the driveway.

Manon is babysitting her sister's two boys, Anthony and Émile.

Catherine had a soccer game in the evening.
Her team is in the semi-final and she is the goal tender.

They lost by only one goal after the shootout, but still a very good game.

Of course the family had to watch the game and cheer!

We had a good day!

I did a little bike ride around the island of St-Ignace.
Very pretty scenery and right next to the St-Lawrence.

We have to have a family picture taken, even with Chubby the dog!

Going to Montréal to visit Benoit one last time before we move to Ontario.
We took the metro in Longueuil because this morning we visited Marthe, an old friend of Michèle.
We found Montréal to be very noisy.

The ceiling is made this way, not finish. This is the "way" a loft looks like.
Michèle find this very... unfinished...

Before we left, we visited Cindy with Benoit.

Being on the south shore, we had to take the ferry in Sorel to go to St-Ignace, on the north shore.

Life is good!
